Our base extra virgin olive oil is seasonally fresh and lab tested to ensure purity, freshness, and the highest quality standards. We use only all-natural, organic flavor infusions — never artificial flavors and never oils diluted with fillers.
Unlike most commercially available olive oils, EVOO Marketplace infused olive oils are made from 100% ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil and naturally infused for authentic flavor. Gluten free.

Drizzle over fresh mozzarella, burrata, or Pecorino Romano cheeses. Excellent on fresh tomatoes, pasta, roasted vegetables, and artisan bread.
VINAIGRETTE PREPARATION
Combine 2 parts Tuscan Herb Olive Oil with 1 part balsamic vinegar. Whisk and serve. For a creamier, emulsified vinaigrette, add a small amount of Dijon mustard or light mayonnaise and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
BALSAMIC MARINADE
Combine equal parts Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and balsamic vinegar. Prepare just enough to coat the protein. Place in a sealed container or zip-top bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
For fish and seafood, rub Tuscan Herb Olive Oil directly onto the raw protein and marinate without balsamic for approximately 30 minutes. Add balsamic only after cooking to prevent the acidity from breaking down delicate proteins.

- 2 cups Sweet Corn
- 1 carton Grape Tomatoes (Halved)
- 2 tablespoons Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil (Roughly Chopped)

| Add 2 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil into a medium sized saute pan. Heat over medium-high until oil begins to shimmer. Add sweet corn and saute 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and basil and saute an additional 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons aged balsamic and reduce for an additional 1-2 minutes. During this step the aged balsamic will caramelize onto the sweet corn. Place caramelized corn & garlic mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool. | |
