BLACK CHERRY-BASIL MARINATED LAMB CHOPS

Ingredients

  • 1lb Lamb Chops (~10-12 chops)
  • 3 tablespoons Basil Infused Olive Oil (EVOO Marketplace)
  • 3 tablespoons Black Cherry Infused Barrel Aged Balsamic (EVOO Marketplace)
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • dash Black Pepper (Course Ground)

Directions

Step 1
Whisk together Black Cherry Balsamic and Basil Olive Oil. Add sea salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Place chops in a ziploc bag and add marinade. Marinate at least 6 hours to overnight in the refridgerator.
Step 3
Remove chops from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.
Step 4
Grill to perfection-usually ~3 minutes per side over high heat
