BLACK CHERRY-BASIL MARINATED LAMB CHOPS
Ingredients
- 1lb Lamb Chops (~10-12 chops)
- 3 tablespoons Basil Infused Olive Oil (EVOO Marketplace)
- 3 tablespoons Black Cherry Infused Barrel Aged Balsamic (EVOO Marketplace)
- pinch Sea Salt
- dash Black Pepper (Course Ground)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Whisk together Black Cherry Balsamic and Basil Olive Oil. Add sea salt and black pepper. | |
Step 2 | |
Place chops in a ziploc bag and add marinade. Marinate at least 6 hours to overnight in the refridgerator. | |
Step 3 | |
Remove chops from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. | |
Step 4 | |
Grill to perfection-usually ~3 minutes per side over high heat |
