Ingredients
- 4 Large Sweet Potatoes (Peeled And Diced)
- 2 tablespoons Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil (EVOO Marketplace)
- 1 tablespoon Vermont Maple Infused Balsamic Vinegar (EVOO Marketplace)
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- dash Pepper (Ground)
- 1 juice Orange (Reserve the zest)
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar (Packed)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 450F | |

Place potatoes on large baking sheet, drizzle with Blood Orange olive oil and season with salt and pepper. | |

Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once. | |
Step 4 | |
Mix orange juice, sugar, Maple balsamic in a small bowl and drizzle over potatoes. | |
Step 5 | |
Return to oven for another 10 minutes to allow Maple balsamic to caramelize onto sweet potatoes | |
Step 6 | |
Remove to serving dish and garnish with fresh orange zest. |
