VINAIGRETTE PREPARATION
Combine 2 parts Tuscan Herb Olive Oil with 1 part balsamic vinegar. Whisk together and serve. To emulsify dab in a small amount of dijon mustard or light mayo and continue whisking. Oil and balsamic will become creamy in appearance. Refrigerate remaining amount for up to 3 days.
BALSAMIC MARINADE
Combine equal parts Tuscan Herb Olive Oil with equal parts balsamic vinegar. We recommend preparing just enough to cover the protein. Place in zip-lock bag and squeeze out air. Place in refrigerator for at least six hours.
Note: For Fish, Seafood (catches from the water) we recommend rubbing the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil into the raw protein in the absence of the balsamic vinegar for approximately 30 minutes. We recommend NOT using balsamic during the marinade step to prevent the acidic balsamic from breaking down the delicate protein. Instead, combine Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and balsamic and use to drizzle over the finished product.
HEAT APPLICATIONS
Applying heat to any oil or balsamic may slightly reduce the original flavor profile. To bring back any lost flavors prepare a small amount of fresh marinade and drizzle over the finished product.

Please keep in mind; flavors are fairly flexible across recipes. For example, if a recipe calls for Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and you only have Herbes de Provence, Milanese Gremolata, Garlic, Basil, or Rosemary Olive Oils we’d say go for it. Most importantly, experiment and have fun!

- 2 cups Sweet Corn
- 1 carton Grape Tomatoes (Halved)

- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil (Roughly Chopped)

Add 2 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil into a medium sized saute pan. Heat over medium-high until oil begins to shimmer. Add sweet corn and saute 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and basil and saute an additional 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons aged balsamic and reduce for an additional 1-2 minutes. During this step the aged balsamic will caramelize onto the sweet corn. Place caramelized corn & garlic mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool. | |

After caramelized sweet corn, basil and garlic have cooled fold in halved grape tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls. Drizzle salad with remaining 2 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper. |

- 2 Medium Red Bell Peppers (Sliced)
