Our Ultra Premium Denissimo Balsamico from Modena, Italy is made from White Trebbiano grape Must which is naturally caramelized and extensively cooked to reduce water content. Aged slightly longer than our 18 Year Traditional barrel aged balsamic in five different wood casks including, mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry hardwoods. This exquisite and rare 1.36 density (~2 times as thick as our Traditional 18-Year Balsamic) balsamic is sweet with extremely complex boasting flavor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits (raisins, figs) along with hints of dark chocolate and malt.
