✨ Usage Tips
✅ For mocktails, start with 1 tsp, taste, then add more—this keeps it crisp, not overpowering. 🍹
✅ For salads, add a dab of Dijon to emulsify and make the dressing cling. 🥗
✅ For glazes, reduce gently and pull it early (it thickens as it cools). 🔥
✅ For boards, pair with brie or goat cheese and pear slices for a holiday-level bite. 🧀🍐

🥗
Salad Dressing (Vinaigrette)
2 parts olive oil + 1 part Cranberry Pear White Balsamic. Whisk and serve.
For a creamy emulsion, add a small dab of Dijon, then whisk until silky. Refrigerate extra dressing up to 3 days.

🍗
Balsamic Marinade Preparation
Combine equal parts Cranberry Pear White Balsamic and olive oil—just enough to coat your protein.
Place in a zip-top bag, press out the air, and marinate up to 6 hours.Seafood note: For fish and seafood, marinate with olive oil only for ~30 minutes.
After cooking, combine olive oil + balsamic and drizzle to finish.Heat applications: For the brightest aroma, add a small finishing drizzle after plating.

🔥 Balsamic Reduction Method
For a thicker glaze, simmer 2× the amount needed over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Remove just before your target thickness (it thickens more as it cools). Rule of thumb: 1/4 cup reduces by ~50% in 3–5 minutes.
Perfect for holiday glazes, cheese boards, and mocktail finishes.

I bought a bottle of this vinegar at a farmer’s market this past summer. I bought it because I prefer white vein gar as it doesn’t turn lettuce brown. When the holidays rolled around, I remembered I had it so I made an oil and vinegar dressing for my salad. This is by far the MOST DELICIOUS vinegar on the planet! It completely exceeded any expectations I had! I wish it came in a dozen flavors but this one is perfect for Fall and Winter. Frankly, I’m astounded there aren’t’ 50 reviews on it. Love it!!!!!!!!
