BUTTER FLAVORED OLIVE OIL
Our creamy, smooth Butter Flavored Olive Oil is redolent with the rich flavor of butter. There are no animal products used in our proprietary all-natural flavoring method! Use as a butter substitute or anywhere you might use melted butter including: over hot popcorn, seafood/fish, bread dip, drizzled over rice, pasta, mashed potatoes or in various baking applications.
A unique trick is to pour a small amount in a bowl and place in refrigerator and allow to solidify to be used later as a spread. Combine equal parts with either our Blueberry or Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic vinegars for an amazing waffle/pancake condiment.

OLIVE OIL BUTTER SPREAD
Pour a 1/2 cup of Butter Flavored Olive Oil in a container. Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for a few hours. As the oil cools it will start to solidify which will make it easier to spread. Note: since our olive oils are pure and mostly monounsaturated fat do not expect it to harden like a stick of butter.
