Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar

Woody and spicy on the nose, our deep, ruby red barrel aged Pinot Noir is very robust and rich. Its lively character is absolutely amazing in a classic vinaigrette, pickling, and for marinades. If you prefer a classic vinegar taste, this product is for you. Made in Italy with an acidity of 6%.

Homemade Salad Dressing (Vinaigrette) Preparation

Combine 2 parts olive oil with 1 part Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar.  Whisk together and serve.  To emulsify dab in a small amount of dijon mustard or light mayo and continue whisking.  Oil and wine vinegar will become creamy in appearance.  Refrigerate remaining amount for up to 3 days.
