2 parts olive oil 🫒 + 1 part Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic. Whisk and serve.

For a creamy emulsion: add a small dab of Dijon, then whisk until silky.

Combine equal parts balsamic and olive oil—just enough to coat your protein. Marinate 6 hours.

Seafood note: For 🐟 fish and 🦐 seafood, marinate with olive oil only for ~30 minutes. After cooking, combine olive oil + balsamic and drizzle to finish ✨.

🔥 Quick Reduction Method

Our aged balsamics are naturally reduced through barrel aging—never with corn syrup or thickening agents.

To create a glaze, heat 2× the amount needed in a small saucepan over medium to medium-high heat, stirring constantly.

Remove just before your desired thickness—balsamic continues to reduce as it cools.

As a rule of thumb, 1/4 cup reduces by ~50% in 3–5 minutes.

Ideal for BBQ glazes, seafood finishing, roasted vegetables, and dessert drizzles.
