Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Ultra-Premium EVOO (EVOO Marketplace, may substitute for any of our flavor fused/infused olive oils)
- 2 tablespoons Aged Balsamic (EVOO Marketplace, may substitute for any of our flavor infused balsamics)
Optional
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard or Mayo (These additives act as emulsifying agents)
- dash Sea Salt
- dash Black Pepper
- teaspoon Fresh Herbs (Finely chopped)

Combine ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until creamy. |
Note
Emulsify oil and vinegar by whisking in a dab of Dijon or light mayo. This will help prevent the oil and vinegar from separating. Store any remaining amount in refrigerator for a couple of days.
