Instructions for Local Store Front-Door Pickup

In addition to FedEx Home Delivery. local customers can now skip the shipping charge by placing their orders online for front-door store pickup.

Although you can place your order when you arrive at our stores, we still encourage online ordering for either FedEx Home delivery or Local Store Front-Door Pickup.  Online orders totaling $100 or more take advantage of FREE Shipping.  Use coupon code “GOBIG100” during checkout.  Online orders under $100 take advantage of reduced-rate FedEx Home delivery (normally $20).  Local customers may also skip the shipping order and place their order online and select Local Store Front-Door Pickup, please see procedure below.

  1. Orders placed by 10am that same business day will be ready for pickup by Noon that same day.  Orders placed after 10am will be ready for pickup by Noon the next open business day.  Store hours can be found here.
  2. Pickup orders will be placed on a table inside front door with your last name written on bag.
  3. Please present a printed receipt upon pickup.
  4. Per State mandate, a mask covering your nose and mouth is must be worn at all times while inside our stores.
  5. If you are sick or recently sick we kindly request you place your order for FedEx Home Delivery.
  6. Customer loyalty stamps will be provided on orders which were not discounted or did not receive any other promotional special.  Stamped cards will be stapled to your invoice inside bag.  Stamp card redemption cannot be applied to orders placed online but may be used during your next in-store purchase.  Orders which ship FedEx Home delivery will not receive stamps as the shipping rate has been reduced or free.   As a reminder bottle refill/recycling ended April 1st, 2019.  We kindly ask you recycle your empty bottles at home.

The instructional below is only for customers who choose “Local Store Front-Door Pickup” as their delivery method.  If placing an order for FedEx Home Delivery then please skip this instructional and continue to checkout.

Local Store Front-Door Pickup orders are processed and ship quickly.  Therefore, it is very important before placing order to confirm that “Local Store Front-Door Pickup” in addition to your desired store pickup location (Denver or Littleton) are selected in the delivery method section.  Changes cannot be made after order is placed.  The instructional below will walk you through the entire process of placing an online order for Local Store Front-Door Pickup.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

After adding products to your cart click on “View Cart” and you will be taken to the Cart page.  On the Cart page click on “Proceed to checkout”.

On Checkout page after entering your billing information select “Local Store Front-Door Pickup” from shipping method section.  In the dropdown menu underneath, select your desired pickup store (Denver or Littleton).  Pickup days and times for that specific store will then be presented.  Do not add pickup location to the notes box in the billing section as you will be charged for shipping and your order will ship.

Before entering credit card information please reconfirm that “Local Pickup” is selected in delivery method section.  There shouldn’t be a shipping charge associated with your order.  Enter credit card information and  click “Place order”.
