Instructions for Online Ordering with Front-Door Store Pickup

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERING WITH FRONT-DOOR STORE PICKUP

In addition to FedEx Home Delivery we also offer online ordering for Front-Door Local Store Pickup.  To avoid any surprises and make this process go smoothly we encourage you to read the following procedures and safety measures prior to placing an order.

We appreciate your understanding as we are following strict State and County safety guidelines.  The health of our customers, employees, and community are our number one priority.

During Phase 3 of reopening, we still encourage online ordering for either FedEx Home delivery or Front-Door Local Store Pickup.  Take advantage of reduced-rate FedEx Home delivery $12 (normally $20) shipping.  Online orders totaling $100 or more take advantage of FREE Shipping.  Use coupon code “GOBIG100” during checkout.

  1. Orders placed by 10am that same business day will be ready for pickup by 1pm that same day.  Pickup details can be found on our receipt.  Please keep in mind pickup days/hours vary by store location (see below).  If your order is placed after 10am your order will be ready the next open business day.
  2. Orders ready for pickup will be placed on a table inside front door with your last name written on bag.
  3. Please present a printed receipt upon pickup.
  4. A mask covering your nose and mouth is required to enter the store and must be worn at all times.
  5. If you are sick or recently sick we kindly request you place your order for FedEx Home Delivery.
  6. Customer loyalty stamps will be provided on orders which were not discounted or did not receive any other promotional special.  Stamped cards will be stapled to your invoice inside bag.  Loyalty cards with free bottles will not be redeemable until Phase 4 when we fully resume in-store operations.  As a reminder bottle refill/recycling ended April 1st, 2019.  We kindly ask you recycle your empty bottles at home.

Wednesday-Saturday: 11am-4pm

Sunday-Tuesday: Closed

Orders placed by 10am will be ready by 1pm that same business day.  Orders placed after 10am will be ready the next open business day.

EVOO Marketplace-Littleton Pickup Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 11am-3pm

Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday: Closed

The instructional below is only for customers who choose “Local Pickup” as their delivery method.  If you are placing your order for FedEx Home Delivery then please skip this instructional and place order as usual.

Customers who choose “Local Pickup”-Orders are processed and shipped quickly after the order is placed.  Therefore it is very important to reconfirm that “Local Pickup” along with desired store pickup location (Denver or Littleton) is selected prior to placing order.  Delivery method cannot be changed after the order is placed and you will be charged for shipping.  The instructional below will walk you through the entire process of placing an online order for Local Pickup.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

After adding products to your cart click on “View Cart” and you will be taken to the Cart page.  On the Cart page click on “Proceed to checkout”.

On Checkout page after entering your billing information select “Local Pickup” from shipping method section.  In the Search Locations dropdown menu select your desired pickup store (Denver or Littleton).  Pickup days and times for that specific store will then be presented.  Do not add pickup location to the notes box in the billing section.  Pickup location must be selected under the “Local Pickup” delivery method.

Before entering credit card information please reconfirm that “Local Pickup” is selected (blue dot).  There shouldn’t be a shipping charge associated with your order.  Enter credit card information and  click “Place order”.
