Our Ultra-Premium White Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic is made from Italian Trebbiano, Albana, and Montuni grapes, offering unmatched body and richness. The grapes are entirely hand-picked by cultivators who select only the sweetest clusters for maximum Brix content and created through natural fermentation.  The grapes are sun-dried for up to 15 days, enhancing their natural sugar and flavor, resulting in a 10% volume loss through evaporation. The cooked grape Must is lightly filtered and aged in white oak barrels to achieve a 1.28 density and 4% acidity, with no additives.  Sourced exclusively from Modena, Italy.
