Our Espresso Infused Dark Balsamic is amazingly complex, layering authentic espresso character with the rich depth of barrel-aged Italian dark balsamic. It’s bold, glossy, and built for both savory glazes and dessert drizzles.
Use it as a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef, or chicken 🍖🍗—or whisk it into a vinaigrette when you want a subtle coffee finish on greens. For dessert, pour it over vanilla gelato for an easy affogato-style twist🍦.
Pair it with our Chipotle Olive Oil for a smoky-sweet steak marinade or finishing sauce 🌶️🥩, and try it with Blood Orange Olive Oil for a surprisingly bright, restaurant-style vinaigrette.
Our authentic barrel-aged Italian balsamics are naturally reduced through the aging process—without thickening agents. If you desire a thicker glaze, simmer 2× the amount needed over medium to medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove just before your target thickness (it thickens more as it cools).
Rule of thumb: 1/4 cup reduces by ~50% in 3–5 minutes.
