As we welcome in our southern hemisphere Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil collection it is important to note that although varietal names (Picual, Hojiblanca, Arbequina...) may seem familiar the flavor profiles and intensities are different (new crops) and therefore we recommend sampling if possible. More EVOO's are expected to arrive in the upcoming weeks.
