By using this website (evoomarketplace.com) or by visiting one of our physical store locations or outdoor market booths, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined on this page.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, enter a contest, respond to a survey, or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect basic customer information such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

During checkout, payment information is transmitted securely. For your protection, EVOO Marketplace does not store customer credit card information on the website, and account holders cannot save credit card details to their account.

Customers may choose to create an account to save basic contact information, purchase history, and gift card balances. Guests may also browse and place orders without creating an account. Cookies and similar tools may be used to improve site functionality and gather general visitor data such as location, country, or IP address.

How We Use Information

Information collected through our website may be used to personalize your experience, improve customer service, process transactions efficiently, and help us better understand which products, content, and services are most useful to our customers.

We may also use your email address to share promotions, store news, contests, surveys, or special offers. Our current email marketing provider is Constant Contact. If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each message.

EVOO Marketplace is not responsible for the content, practices, or security of third-party sites, though we welcome feedback if you encounter a broken or inappropriate link.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not generally accepted. Unopened bottles may be exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges must be for a bottle of equal or greater value.

Bulk orders and special event projects may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee. Store credit may be issued for approved returns of unopened items that are not exchanged.

For shipping-related damage, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the damaged product so we can help initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Accuracy & In-Store Pickup

Please carefully review all shipping and in-store pickup orders before completing checkout. Orders can be very difficult to correct once they have been processed or shipped.

If you have questions before placing an order, please contact us at 720-328-4783 or evoolittleton@evoomarketplace.com. Please do not place delivery instructions in the checkout notes field, as we do not control FedEx delivery procedures. Shipping charges will not be refunded for customer entry errors unless the issue was caused by a significant error on our part.

Phone & Email Orders

For customer protection and fraud prevention, EVOO Marketplace does not accept phone or email orders. All purchases must be completed either in-store or through our online store.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon typically ship within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. EVOO Marketplace primarily uses FedEx Ground for standard shipments.

Typical transit times are approximately 3–5 business days from the shipment date, though holiday periods and carrier delays may extend delivery windows. FedEx Ground does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

If you provide an email address during checkout, tracking information is generally sent once your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Expedited shipping may be available at a higher cost. Please note that FedEx Ground does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so all shipments must be sent to a physical street address.

Store Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, store specials, discounts, promotions, free shipping offers, loyalty stamp cards, and other promotional offers may not be combined.

Loyalty stamps are issued for in-store and outdoor market purchases only and cannot be earned or redeemed online. Full stamp cards may be redeemed in-store only toward a bottle priced under $20.95 and are not valid online or at outdoor markets.

Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying 12.7 oz. bottle purchases and generally exclude gift packs unless otherwise stated.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire two years from the date of purchase. Plastic credit-card-style gift cards with four-digit codes that are past expiration are no longer valid. Groupon promotions and codes containing the word “FALL” are also expired and may not be redeemed.
