Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (Grated)
  • 2 tbsp Ultra EVOO EVOO Marketplace (medium-robust intensity)
  • 2 tbsp Black Cherry Balsamic EVOO Marketplace
  • 1 French Baguette (cut into 1/2") slices
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped fresh basil, and chopped garlic. Gently toss to evenly distribute.
  • Drizzle the Ultra Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Black Cherry Balsamic over the tomato mixture. Toss lightly until everything is well coated.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and gently fold it in. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Let the mixture rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
