Ingredients
  

  • 2 English Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic EVOO Marketplace
  • 2 Tbsp Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil EVOO Marketplace
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Honey Optional
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds (white or black)

Instructions
 

  • Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey ginger balsamic vinegar, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and honey (if using).
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, scallions, and red pepper flakes if desired.
