Asian Cucumber SaladAsian inspired and super healthy our cucumber salad is perfect as a snack or for any special gathering.

MATERIALS

2 Cucumbers peeled and sliced 1/4″ thick

1 Tbs Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil (EVOO Marketplace)

1 Tbs Soy Sauce (try to use the best you can find)

3 Tbs Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar (EVOO Marketplace)

Sea Salt- To taste

METHOD

Combine all ingredients and whisk together.

Add sliced cucumbers and gently toss

Let sit 20-30 minutes with a periodic toss

Remove cucumbers from marinade (We don’t want them to go limp)

Serve
