First and foremost we are beyond grateful for your understanding and continued support as we manage through this public health crisis.  As a non-franchised local family business we truly do need your support!  Without sounding cliche the health of our customers, employees, and community truly are our number one priority!  We strongly believe that if we progress through this health crisis with common sense that we will be back to some level of normalcy sooner rather than later.  In our opinion the worse thing we can do is rush this process resulting in another potential round of shutdowns.  That would be absolutely devastating to our small business and many other small businesses barely hanging on! 

Our assurance to you-store hygiene policies

Along with following strict State and County guidelines we are also applying common sense to our business setup.  Onsite staff has been significantly reduced to ensure maximum social distancing.  All workspaces are to be disinfected throughout the workday.  This includes disinfecting common spaces such as door handles and tabletops.  Employees are instructed to wash hands before entering workspace.  If an employee is feeling ill they are instructed to stay home and seek medical advice.  Employees are instructed to wear gloves and a mask when handling product.  The good news is that there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be transmitted through food. 

Phases of Reopening

We will refer to each step of progress as a “phase” of reopening.  Currently we are in Phase 1.  During Phase 1 our stores will be open on a minimal basis to allow for customers to purchase their products online for front-door store pickup.  During Phase 1 we are trying to minimize as much person-person contact as possible and therefore are not allowing in-store shopping, transactions, or sampling.  Depending on the status of the virus we hope to move to Phase 2 by the beginning of June.         

Shipping & Delivery Methods

We are now offering online ordering for front-door store pickup.  To avoid any confusion or surprises we encourage you to read the following procedures and safety measures prior to placing an order.

Please follow these instructions for Online Ordering with Front-Door Store Pickup

  1. All orders for front-door store pickup must be placed via our online store. No email or phone orders please.  Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. Please be aware of pickup days/hours for your pickup location.  Orders placed by 10am will be ready for pickup by 1pm that same day if your pickup store is open.  If your order is placed after 10am your order will be ready the next open business day.
  3. Orders ready for pickup will be placed on a table inside front door with your last name written on bag.
  4. Please present a printed receipt upon pickup.
  5. In accordance with County safety laws we kindly request that masks be worn when entering our store just as we will be wearing our masks for your protection.
  6. If you are sick we kindly request you place your order for home delivery.
  7. Customer loyalty stamps will be provided on orders which were not discounted.  Stamped cards will be stapled to your invoice inside bag.  Loyalty cards with free bottles will not be redeemable until Phase 2 (hopefully early June) when we resume in-store transactions.  As a reminder bottle refill/recycling ended April 1st, 2019.  We kindly ask you recycle your empty bottles at home.

Monday-Saturday: 1pm-4pm.  Orders placed by 10am will be ready by 1pm on open business days (excluding Sunday).  Orders placed after 10am will be ready the next open business day.

EVOO Marketplace-Littleton Pickup Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 11am-3pm.  Orders placed by 10am will be ready by 1pm on open business days.  Orders placed after 10am will be ready the next open business day.
