This late fall early winter Black Truffle Olive Oil is made using the tea method which steeps ripe Black truffles for an extended period of time in mild-medium intensity extra-virgin olive oil. This closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, super complex Black Truffle Olive Oil. Pure all the way through with NO extracts or chemicals are used in its’ production. Fantastic in cream based soups, risotto, mashed potatoes, sauteed/roasted/grilled vegetables or drizzled over Beef, Poultry, & Lamb.

Using our Black Truffle Olive Oil is super simple and if you can use a tablespoon, which we know you can, then you can master any application. Black and White Truffle Olive Oils are very specific so I wouldn’t branch out too much with this one if making a substitution. With that in mind a safe substitution would be Black Truffle Olive Oil for White Truffle Olive Oil.
