BAKLOUTI GREEN CHILI OLIVE OIL
The Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to the Barbary Coast of North Africa. This fused olive oil is the only example of its kind in the world. Produced by combining fresh, early harvest, organic Chemlali olives with an almost equal ratio of fresh, whole green Baklouti chilies. Fusion takes place when these ingredients are crushed & mixed in a malaxer which fuses the fresh green essential oil of the pepper with the oil of the organic olives. Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil adds a savory, tantalizing kick to salsas, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables, and more. Pairs extremely well with our Jalapeno White barrel aged Italian balsamic. Caution-Very hot!!

For example, if a recipe calls for Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil and you only have Cayenne or Harissa Olive Oil we’d say go for it. Most importantly, experiment and have fun!
